Hay muchas razones por las cuales podríamos estar enojados hoy en día: injusticias, guerras, violencia, abusos de poder. Hay mucha ira en el aire, en las noticias, en las conversaciones, en los cuerpos. Y casi nadie sabe qué hacer con ella. There are many reasons we might be angry these days: injustice, war, violence, abuses of power. There is a lot of rage in the air, in the news, in conversations, in bodies. And almost no one knows what to do with it.

Por eso hoy vengo a invitarte a un programa que creo tiene una relevancia muy grande en estos momentos, ya que su intención es cultivar una relación más consciente e intencional con la ira y el enojo.
